Organisational Structure

FFP is a membership-based organisation regulated by a eleven member governing board consisting of people of high social standing working in the field of law, human rights, ethnicity, gender, peace and development. The FFP staff members are composed of a team of competent professionals committed to the study and practice of conflict transformation. FFP also has a board of advisers providing necessary guidance and timely advice to the organisation.
