• FFP organized a National level workshop on the Discourse on Inclusion in the Context of Federalism in Kathmandu on
10 March 2007.

FFP's Executive Board Members Balkrishna Mabuhang and Vijay Kant Karna presented papers on the concept on Federal System of Governance on the Basis of Ethnicity and on Madhesh and Restructuring of Nepali State respectively.

• Friends For Peace and Internation Alert jointly organized a Strategic Planning meeting from 4 Febraury 2007 to the 5th of February 2007 in Nagarkot. Representatives of I A and all the Advisors, Board members and Staff of FFP participated in the meeting.

• An interaction on Early Implementation of Interim Constitution was organized on 7 January 2007

• An interaction Programme on "Developing Local Security Mechanism" was organized by Friends for Peace and International Alert in Jumla on 20 January 2007.

• FFP organized a talk program on Reintegration of IPDs, Transitional Justice and Gender issues in Post Conflict Situation on 23 January 2007 in Kathmandu.

Prof. Dr. Ranabir Samaddar, Dr. Paula Banarjee and Rr. Sabya Sachi Basu Ray Chaudhary from the Calcutta Research Group were the key speakers.
